It's been awhile

It's been awhile since I last updated my blog. I am up early due to being too hot and not being able to sleep. It is now 0305 and I have been awake for about 30 minutes.

I am trying to launch my business, HealiNergy LLC. I have a website, www.HealiNergy.com , but my appointments are made through the heal.me/healinergy page.

For those of you who are reading for the first time, I am an Army veteran. I served in Korea for several years. I worked as a 92Y, Unit Supply Specialist after a recurring injury made me switch jobs from being a 68W, Healthcare Specialist (Combat Medic). I was raped in Korea and it led to a pregnancy. My son is the result. He is now 14 years old and we are still trying to find his biological father.

When I came home from Korea with Caleb, I eventually ended up going to school at UNCW and graduating with a Business Administration degree with a concentration in operations Management.

While I was enrolled at UNCW, I had a nervous breakdown and was hospitalized. My son was put into foster care because I had no friends or family to watch him while I was in the hospital. I fought for a year to get custody of him back.

After graduation, though, I bought my first house from a friend who needed the cash. I now live in Oak Island, NC.

It's been a rough ride. I have C-PTSD, depression, anxiety, sleep apnea, diabetes, fibromyalgia, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, high testosterone, low estrogen... and am going through what feels like early menopause. I am being treated for schizoaffective disorder because I was seeing things that were not there prior to my hospitalization. I have chronic pain in my whole body. It hurts to bend over, stand for too long, or walk for too long. I have pain in my back, pelvis, legs, and feet. It's crazy. I'm now obese, but before I was hospitalized, I was only 145 lbs.!

I am trying to lose weight and reverse my diabetes by using the Virta plan. I log all my numbers every day into their app and use their coaches to stay on track. It helped me lose 50 lbs last year, but I gained it back due to the Fall and Winter holidays and losing my dad in December 2022.

It is now June and I have been relatively back on track with my diet for about a month. My A1c was tested recently and stands at 7.8. I have stayed away from Domino's for the most part for months.

So that's that. I am trying to catch up on all the training videos I have missed for the Vocal Resonance Method Facilitator and Student training. The program ends in August, I think.

I have started taking The Healing Trauma Program for myself with SoundsTrue. It is hard to get through, not because the instructors make it hard, but because I am constantly thinking about why I need this program so badly.

I am learning Angel Energy Healing too. I really like Melanie Beckler's program, so I invested in it. I listened to one of her videos and was so moved right away. I felt a change instantly. I knew angels were around me. I could feel her words. It was amazing and I will continue to listen to her recordings.

I bought some Master Healer crystals from Sage Goddess that should be here today. I will use them in my practice for myself and for others. One of the things I bought was a collection of wooden boxes with chakra symbols on them. I can use them to do distant healing while I am doing Reiki for someone. I am excited!

I have a contract with BaseGuide to run ads for my business for 1 year to Ft. Bragg, NC, home of the 82nd Airborne! I'm excited about that too.

I have a google ad running and a Facebook ad running right now. I created a short video for my Facebook business page yesterday even though I was not looking my absolute best. I knew it was something I needed to do.

I tried the hape' from Four Visions Market finally. I am really liking how I feel when I use it. I think I will continue to use it daily.

I am working on securing a small business loan to better market and advertise my business. First I need to bring in some business that is reliable and constant.

I am waiting for the interest rates to fall before I refinance the mortgage again.

I have Jessica and her daughter helping me keep the house clean. I am a lot happier now than I was when I woke up to a mess every day that I couldn't clean myself.

I have to go to the Fayetteveille VA for a doctor's appointment today. I'm going to play my own music to make it more enjoyable.

I cooked a pork butt roast in the crockpot yesterday. I also cooked collard greens, green cabbage, sweet onions, smoked turkey drumsticks, smoked sausage, and smoked beef sausage in turkey bone broth yesterday. That turned out awesome!

I scheduled some future appointments with Jana Carrey when they were on sale.

I am going to join a Wounded Warrior Project coaching group for diet and exercise in the Fall.

Tomorrow is going to be a busy day. Dona Sharon has a doctor's appointment in the morning. Jessica is coming over in the afternoon. I have a Reiki session scheduled with someone I have never met before in the afternoon, and I have an appointment with Larisa Gosla too.

The dishwasher is broken so I have to hand wash all the dishes until it is fixed Thursday.

My calendar is filling up quickly. Caleb will be starting therapy with Cross River ABA Services for Autism soon. There is a minimum of 10 hours a week for their services. It should be interesting.

I have a lot of programs to learn from. I wish I had more time and energy to give them all. The Healing Trauma Program is the hardest one to do, but the most needed.

I have the pork butt roast cooking on low in the crockpot. I can smell it now.

I tried to reach Mathew with no luck. I need his mailing address  to file for dad's estate. I can't move forward without it. I don't know why he hasn't responded to my text messages.

I was finally able to qualify for a life insurance that started right away. The VA Guaranteed Life Insurance has a waiting period of 2 years! I am still trying to qualify for a mortgage payoff insurance. I will not qualify for another insurance until I am 45 years old though.

We did bring the Volvo to Christinia sometime ago. She is doing better with it. I just want to support her in trying to build her life up for her and her kids. She is a veteran I served with and we were pregnant at the same time in Korea. She saved my life by getting an ambulance to take me to the hospital and holding my hand while giving birth.

I lost track of my life coach, Brandi Miles. She got busy and I have not heard from her since her golf tournament.

I was able to get feedback from Ali and Sheila about my updated website. I can't figure out how to get the hyperlink to show up correctly and function correctly to take people to where they can schedule an appointment!

It is now 0404. I have to take a shower soon. I am going to the doctor in Fayetteville to see a gynecologist. We will review my labs and do an exam. There is something wrong with me and we are trying to see if anything can be done about it. Maybe I can take another medication? Who knows? We shall find out.

I have to leave here at around 0700 to be there for my 0930 appointment. I need to pack a snack and some drinks. I was thinking about taking my hape' and kuripe' with me so I am not so stressed during the drive.

I am glad the appointment is for earlier in the day so I can come home and relax. I don't think I have any other appointments for today. All the cooking is done unless I want to grill some burgers and vegetables later.

I guess I have run out of things to say!

Thank you for reading, and have a blessed day!
