New Start Day 97

It is now 0257 and I have been awake for only about 15 minutes. My CPAP died yesterday. It won't even power up. I am without a CPAP machine until I go to exchange it on Wednesday in Fayetteville at the VA Clinic there. It is hard to fall asleep when I am struggling to breathe. I fought my way into a sleep with loud snoring for the little while that I was able to sleep. I woke up with a nasty taste in my mouth and wanted to get a soda to wash it away.

Yesterday was not productive for me at all. My glucose went high and I began to feel dizzy around my Reiki appointment with Marcela. We talked for about an hour which allowed me to sit still. Marcela sent me Reiki, but I did not send her Reiki. I went to lay down and receive Reiki. She has the most amazing things to say. My throat chakra was blue. My heart was fiery red. It seems that there is a lack of energy flow to my legs. Source gave her sparkling holy water to add to my auric field this time instead of light.

I have a tendency to not be able to think when my sugar is high or low. I began feeling a lot of pain after a while. I stayed in bed and tried to rest even though I could not breathe comfortably. I asked the Reiki to flow when I was able to think again. Within minutes I was feeling better! Truly amazing! I wish I could have thought to ask the Reiki to flow through me and heal the source of my pain sooner. It was really as easy as that.

I had no energy to get things done. I used all the energy I had before my appointment with Marcela. As a matter of fact, I thought my sugar was low when I began to feel "weird" so I ate leftover cheesy bread. I spent the majority of the morning working on my computer doing things like finding  my Army photos for Veterans Day and updating my website.

My website has been updated! Check it out at www.HealiNergy.com

Hopefully today will be better. I won't eat 18 oz. of blueberries, then 2 navel oranges, and a grapefruit! I don't know what I was thinking. I think I was dehydrated and wanting water but had no water to drink.

Today is Veterans day and I would like to share some photos.

Here is my basic training photo. I was thin after all that marching and running around! I went to Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri for basic training. My Drill Sergeants were Senior Drill Sergeant Davis and Drill Sergeant Comfort in 3rd platoon of Echo Company 3-10. I think I arrived in August of 2006.

All this is just to remember what I did for our country. I went through a lot. I did not take photos of myself on crutches twice from stress fractures or in physical therapy. I don't have any photos or videos of me marching and singing cadence. I don't have any proof of a lot of other things that happened, but I am glad to have these memories to share on Veterans Day.

My dad is an Airborne Army Veteran, so is my brother Mathew, and my half-brother, Eric. Happy Veterans Day to my blood family and my service family!

Today I am just going to stay at home because Tropical Storm Nicole is on its way. I don't know where it is currently. I've got lots of stuff to do here. I got nothing done yesterday due to feeling badly. I could use a shower and some fresh clothes. I'm a bit ripe right now.

If the weather is ok, I will go out in search of Spring Water and a turkey for Thanksgiving.

I think I am ready to take my medications and supplements now.

Have a safe and happy Veterans Day, and thank you for reading!
