5 Year Journal Day 52

Today's prompt is "What is the current buzzword?" According to Kennedi, my 5 year old niece, it's "I'm savage."

It is 4:27 Friday morning here. I missed yesterday's post. I was trying to sleep through the night, and I woke up tired. I dragged through the day, getting some cleaning done. I never got in the mood to get on the computer.
I've been struggling with my e-cigarette. I ran out of e-juice, and had to go to a local store to buy some. I hate doing that. I get a good deal from my usual store online, but they have to ship it to me. When I buy from the local store, it costs twice as much for a smaller bottle. The e-juice from the store also burns through coils faster and I am not satisfied at any point from vaping it, so I vape non-stop.
The coils are also more expensive than online, and I had to buy them too. Thank God I got my usual shipment of e-juice yesterday.
I let Caleb go to a friend's house on Wednesday evening. It's the first time since school has been out. He was so happy when he came back home! I know he is lonely and bored being by himself all the time.
Caleb is talking my ears off right now, and I can't focus on what I want to write.
We received two boxes from my Aunt Lisa yesterday. One box was clothes from my cousin Max for Caleb. It had a Led Zeppelin shirt in it! Awesome! The other box had a beautiful coral necklace that belonged to my grandma. I think I will wear it for my photo shoot coming up, as long as it fits. Aunt Lisa sent me a kindle! I've never had one before. Now I can carry a whole library with me! She also sent me pictures of my parents when they were younger, and baby pictures of me!

Caleb just put peppermint oil in the diffuser.
I took Caleb to Hardee's for lunch on Wednesday. He ordered the meal that I normally order. It's a double burger with bacon and cheese, no mayo. He ate 3/4 of the whole burger! Oh man! He must have been hungry! He saved the rest of the burger, and ate it later. I told him "That's a man's burger!" He's growing up so fast.
Caleb was going to "help" me quit vaping, so I told him that I was not able to quit because he stresses me out. He gave me a hug and said he understands.
     Caleb will not stop chatting!
What is he doing up anyway?
I am so close to paying off 2 accounts! In August I pay the final payments! Whoop whoop! Unfortunately, I have more accounts to pay down too, but it's a milestone for me.
Soooo.... here's the Billy story of why Caleb called the police on him. We went out to run errands, and one stop was Walmart. Billy went in to buy a disc binder, by himself. He came back out with the binder and 2 cans of duster. I saw them. I know he has inhaled duster in the past. When we got home, he took his stuff to the guest room. He closed the door, and I heard the duster spraying. He was talking to himself loudly. I thought he was on the phone, but that proved false. Then he was yelling about a black man coming in the house. He asked me "Did you see a black man knock on the door? Did a black man come through here?" Caleb and I looked at him like he was fucking crazy. I confronted Billy about inhaling the duster. He tried to deny it, but clearly he was high. Then he said "What? I can't do that if I want?" No, it's illegal! He got pissy and grabbed his bag and went next door to his house. I told Caleb that Billy was high and hallucinating. Caleb started to worry that Billy was going to die from inhaling duster. After asking me if we should call  the police, he decided to call. He started the call and I took over the phone. He was crying and very upset. Caleb and Billy had been hanging out for the brief time he was at my house. The police came, and so did a firetruck. By the time the firemen questioned Billy, he was not high anymore. There was nothing to be done. The police couldn't do anything. Billy was pissed off that the police were called. I had the police talk to Caleb about why nothing was being done.
He is no longer welcome in my house. He can't be trusted. Also, he was asking me about Caleb's Focalin prescription. I believe Billy took Caleb's medication the last time he was here. He was like " Where's the medication that gets you fucked up? Isn't it the Focalin?" Yeah. He stole my son's prescription medication. How low can you go?
So much for that! Other than that, it was fun to have someone here. I miss having another adult around. There was a real reason for having roommates. The purpose of my dad moving in was more than just being a driver for me while I was on restriction from having a seizure. I was lonely and calling him multiple times a day. I was calling him as much as I call Nichole these days. We could always shoot the breeze, and he made me feel less alone. Some people you have to love from a distance. Someone told me that once.
Christinia owes almost 30 grand in child support, yet she wanted to tell me about how I am a bad mother? Need a mirror much?
Nichole is stressed out. She had to call an ambulance for her grandpa because his oxygen was really low. Her mom missed her flight to go over to Nichole's house because she had high blood pressure and went to the hospital. Nichole has all 4 kids in the house by herself. She doesn't know when Mathew is coming home from deployment. It's sheer madness! Then we are waiting to hear what the schools are going to do this year. The COVID-19 is everywhere still. McKenzie had to get tested for the coronavirus.
It's 5:38 am here now. It smells like Peppermint in here. Sponge Bob Square Pants in on the tv. Caleb and Bella are finally quieting down and laying down in the recliner. Peace and quiet! That child can talk! I'm not ready to talk when I get up. Question after question with this one.
I made my own kitchen cleaner yesterday. It is bleach, water, and lemon essential oil. I had to do something because there is never any kitchen cleaner available at Walmart when I check.
I had to go to the VA clinic to refill my metformin prescription because my refill never came in the mail! What a pain in the ass.
     I'm petting Bella.
I cleaned up a little bit of the floor, and I am so proud! I filled a trash bag with trash, and shop vacuumed the carpet. I can see the floor! It's amazing. I told Caleb that today we are going to be cleaning up the living room together. I try to give him advance notice, so we can avoid arguments later. It hasn't been vacuumed since Christinia left in January. I just want all his junk in his room. At some point I have to help him clean his room too. One thing at a time.
We had the sausage called "Greek God" for dinner last night. It was delicious! I'm glad I bought it when it was on sale.
Caleb is now trying out different hair styles. Bella is laying down at my feet. She's such a good girl.
I'm hot and I know it's not hot in here. I may have to cut this short to go sit in front of the fan.
